This episode is the second of three episodes that focus on French Cuisine. In this episode, I show how to make Sauceless French Bread Pizza. Instead of using tomato sauce/ pizza sauce, I use sliced tomatoes on top of the bread. I also used sauteed mushrooms and green peppers, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese. This is a quick and simple lunch/ afternoon snack and tastes really good! Check out my Coq Au Vin and Ratatouille videos. **************************************** I am a firm believer in the principle that “anyone can cook,” and invite viewers from all backgrounds and all levels of cooking experience to join me in creating some nice meals. Feel free to make changes to my recipes as you see fit. I hope you will subscribe to my videos and share with me your experiences with my recipes, including changes you make.
